Developed and tested AI-driven functionalities including computer vision and voice command processing on the HiWonder JetArm Robot with a Jetson Orin NX. Implemented a wake-word detection system using Python and Google speech recognition. Captured and labeled a custom photo/video dataset using Roboflow to train and deploy a block detection model for real-time computer vision. Followed documentation to explore ROS (Robot-Operating System) structure including workspaces, nodes, and launch files. Established remote computing environment via NoMachine to run ROS commands and Python scripts for robot control.
