Absorbed by Gravity BPO client of Channel Info as HR Manager JOB SUMMARY Responsible for general HR services such as processing payroll for all employees, company benefits administration, labour relations, employee relations, record management and assisting recruitment JOB SPECIFICATION: EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION • Process company benefit requirements • Ensure integrity of 201 files through proper management and maintenance of all documents • Facilitates timekeeping for payroll administration • Handles employee request for certificates of employment & contributions • Handles processing of HMO and Life Insurance enrollment STATUTORY COMPLIANCE • Process statutory requirements and enrolments and forward to the accountant to process in BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF • Monitor and process claims and loans of employees and forward to the accountant to process in SSS, Philhealth and HDMF RECORD MANAGEMENT • Maintenance of the employees’ 201 file • Maintenance of the employee Master list • Maintenance of Attrition Report • Maintenance of Disciplinary Tracker and Vacation Leave Tracker • Facilitate bank enrolments for the employees’ payroll accounts RECRUITMENT • Assist in pooling candidates • Assist in the recruitment function EMPLOYEE RELATIONS • Handles employee concerns • Act as liaison between the company and the employees • Handle disciplinary cases
