· Responsible for proper project planning and development through project data collection, drawing plans review, project documentation, email communication, records management, stakeholder coordination, and proper project tracking. · Schedules and Coordinates site visits with stakeholders and contractors to ensure that the right scope is being implemented onsite. · Tracks and responds to RFIs, checks variation orders, and ensure that any issues, concerns, and changes regarding the projects are resolved. · In charge of client communication and leading meetings with private and other public organizations to discuss project concerns such as budget, scope, and deliverables during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phase. · Tasked in preparing estimates for projects such as school buildings and hospitals. · Organized, reviewed, and verified contract and bidding documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance before bidding activities.
● Prepares shop drawings for reinforced concrete structures such as buildings, bridges, drainage systems, and precast structures through interpretation of the provided architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing plans in accordance with US standards. ● Prepares barlist for rebar fabricators using engineering softwares such as AutoCAD, Planswift, and Shear97 with strict compliance to the US industry standards. ● Tracks and monitors submittals, revisions, RFIs, and change orders to ensure proper coordination with Project Engineers and Managers onsite. ● Communicated with the construction team such as Project Managers and structural engineers regarding concerns and changes in reinforcement details until the submitted shop drawings are approved.
