•Creates proposals to assigned corporate accounts (both as primary and secondary point of contact) for simple and complex contract management and administrative and coordination tasks and two (2) of those accounts as focal role. • Customer Satisfaction (internal & external) - SOW Development (Complex, Standard, B&P, RFP, RFI, etc.) • Issues/Risk Management - Performs complex pricing within delegation & authorization via pricing tool. • Performs ongoing education to account team & Client on RFS process, procedures, & tool - Quality • • Assurance Reviews (performs and/or participates in PBAs & Contract Baseline Reviews) • Takes, distributes, stores minutes of the RFS Review Board Meeting & Request Review Board Meeting • Bridges solution, design, & understands architecture decisions to alleviate cost exposures & under pricing for the company. • Logs requests that meet the Opportunity Management tracking criteria in the Opportunity Management System - Metrics & Measurements Reporting to the Contract Performance Management Process & ad hoc reporting to Client & account team as required • Participates in RFS qualification - Completes Client Services Evaluation Guide & the Open Source Software Assessment for each proposal • Ensure compliance via the Engineering & environment Affairs Questionnaire - Completes education on U.S. Export Regulations every 12 months • Performs within RFS tool & maintains records - Ensures submission of “Win” notifications once RFS has signed (tool dependent) • RFS Process Management - Audit Readiness • Responsible for maintaining account level RFS process & procedural documentation - New Business Process Development • Interface within organizations, i.e., Legal, Pricing. etc.
