A Clerk II - COVID Screener is responsible for screening individuals for COVID-19 symptoms or exposure, which includes conducting screenings, recording results, and communicating findings. We provide customer service, ensure adherence to protocols, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and document screening activities. Our role is crucial in preventing the spread of COVID-19 by identifying and isolating potentially infected individuals.
As a Business Analyst for my capstone project, I gathered and documented business requirements, led Scrum meetings, and managed the product backlog. I acted as the liaison between the client and the development team, conducted testing to ensure quality assurance, and created a user manual for the project.
