U.S.-based operating executive with 28+ years of leadership experience across the Americas in mission-critical power infrastructure, electrical distribution, industrial technology, energy, and services businesses. Throughout my career, I have led growth, turnarounds, acquisition integration, services transformation, and large-scale operational improvements across the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Canada, and Latin America. Most recently, I led Schneider Electric's Mexico & Central America operations, overseeing a 19,000-employee platform that doubled revenues, expanded margins by +500bps, increased market share, and became the company's most profitable region globally. Earlier in my career, I led turnarounds in Schneider Electric's U.S. Electrical Distribution business, transformed services organizations in both the U.S. and Mexico, and led APC Brazil through a full turnaround and integration of two founder-led acquisitions, scaling revenues 5x and achieving market leadership. In addition to executive operating roles, I serve as Senior Industry Advisor to Advent International, supporting investment teams on select opportunities and portfolio initiatives. I also serve as Independent Board Member and Head of the Commercial Committee at BRICOS, advising ownership on growth strategy, governance, and commercial performance. I am also Global Visiting Faculty at EGADE Business School, where I teach Leadership and Global Business to MBA candidates, sharing practical perspectives on value creation, operational transformation, and cross-border growth.
