Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including promotional campaigns, automated workflows, and personalized communications. Oversee the end-to-end email production process, including marketing calendar, content creation, design, list segmentation, and deployment. Leverage data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize email deliverability, and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Collaborate with internal marketing teams, design, copywriting, and customer service, to create compelling email content that resonates with target audiences. -Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
