1. Manage Quality system. 2. Manage change implementation (internal improvement/ customer requirement) 3. Maintain E-document system. 4. Handling customer complaints. 5. Report monthly quality issue with proper report format. 6. Perform internal audit/ findings. 7. New machine/ instrument study and perform validation of new machine/ instrument. 8. Assist in handling customer audit. 9. ISO committee as Assistant Management Representative. 10. Organise Management Review meeting. 11. Assist in 5S committee in communication and audit 12. Has basic knowledge of 6 sigma & DMAIC, 7 QC tools, 8D methodology.
