Jess Damuck is a food and prop stylist, producer, writer, and it turns out— undeniably, a salad freak. Her first cookbook (with over 100 salad recipes) is coming out with Abrams in April 2022. Jess has worked with Martha Stewart for over a decade as a food editor, stylist, and on various TV productions (including all four seasons of Emmy-nominated Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party). She credits herself with giving Snoop his first homemade crouton, Martha and Jess guest starred on an episode of HBO’s High Maintenance together, and she's made shaving cream pies for the Henson puppets on Food Network’s Duff’s Happy Fun Bake Time. Jess has developed and styled content for Bon Appétit, Apartment Therapy, Food Network and Eater and she is currently styling for Chrissy Teigen’s Cravings. But what Jess really loves to do is cook delicious (and mostly pretty clean) food at home for the people she loves and throw dinner parties with her friend Benny Blanco. She really loves going to the farmer’s market and growing things in her own little garden, making and listening to electronic music that could be played in elevators, talking about her motorcycle license, and trying to make plaster furniture. Jess Damuck lives and works in both NYC and LA.
