HR Manager with over 13 years of international experience in Talent Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Coaching and Training, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Compensation and HR Project Management.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Regional Talent Strategy (covering People & Management Development, Talent- and Performance Management) linked to corporate goals with a planning horizon of 2 – 5 years - Ensuring clear communication of the plan and full engagement of the HR function in supporting the business to achieve the mission of “Right People in the Right Role at the Right Time” - Work collaboratively with the countries' people development teams to ensure alignment on key global processes and to support the sharing of best practice - Facilitate Talent Panel activity at Regional Board level working in close partnership with the national management teams to deliver a full and robust calibration process with well defined and deliverable outcomes - Support the corporate team in developing and rolling out new people development approaches within the region - Lead organisational change processes from regional perspective and consult stakeholders on different levels in the organisation
