Leads branding and communications initiatives to support the group’s global engagement, including developing the working group’s identity, managing digital presence, and coordinating outreach to scholars, educators, and practitioners committed to advancing women’s leadership worldwide.
Leads the national professional association of management scholars and business educators in the Philippines. Oversees strategic initiatives that advance management research, strengthen responsible management education, and promote collaboration among universities, researchers, and industry partners. Guides the organization of the National Business and Management Conference (NBMC), a national platform for research dissemination, scholarly dialogue, and research capability-building, while expanding PAoM’s engagement with regional and international academic networks.
Handles courses in descriptive analytics, prescriptive analytics (optimization), and business research methods. Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, organizations, and industries to enhance educational opportunities, including internships, collaborative research, and joint ventures that benefit both students and the institution. Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies and communication efforts, encompassing digital marketing, social media, public relations, and content creation to elevate the institution's brand and engage with a broad audience. Initiate and manage social engagement projects and community outreach programs that reinforce the institution's commitment to social responsibility, sustainability, and community service. Design, develop, and manage comprehensive internship programs that provide meaningful professional experiences for students, leveraging external partnerships to secure placements that align with students' academic and career goals.,
