Coach leaders on company policies and procedures, including employee relations, leadership development, exit interviews, turnover analysis, performance appraisal system, and internal investigations. Performs Senior HR Generalist responsibilities in employee relations, training, and human resource operations. Conducts formal and informal investigations regarding employee relations issues. Acts as a Concierge Benefits Administrator for on-boarding and existing Physicians. Partners with manager to identify high performers, high risk employees and provide tools available for succession planning. Manages all FMLA and leave requests.
Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of the department. Works with supervisor/manager and other members of section or department to promote a harmonious work environment. Ensures that all contacts with patients, the public, physicians and other personnel are carried out in a friendly, courteous, helpful and considerate manner. Provides a concierge on-boarding for physicians and staff. One on one and team benefit consultation for employees. Manage all payroll transactions. Point of contact for workers compensation, unemployment and severance agreements.
Resolved between 175 to 200 help desk request, weekly, via phone or ticket system. Assisted with the implementation of an Electronic Health Record ( EHR) where I was able to identify and remove barriers that would disable the successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with vendors. Coordinated and hosted webinars meetings via WebEx with various insurance companies and special interest groups. Performed quarterly audits to verify that we meet and exceed performance measures.
