About

I’m an operations and people-focused leader with a background in human resources, organizational psychology, and education-based organizations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—building systems that support people, scale sustainably, and actually function in the real world. My foundation is in organizational research and ethical workplace practices, including applied research on organizational support, leadership behavior, and employee well-being. Over time, that research lens evolved into hands-on leadership: designing policies, building internal infrastructure, leading teams, and translating complex ideas into clear, usable systems. I thrive in environments that value accountability, integrity, and thoughtful innovation. I’m especially drawn to organizations that understand long-term success is built through strong systems and deep respect for the humans within them. At my best, I’m a builder—connecting vision to structure, people to purpose, and ideas to execution.
