Head Trainer o Properly and efficiently train new servers utilizing a rigorous, 7-day training program o Coordinate schedules, tests, keys, scores, and qualitative progress of trainees throughout entire program o Display exceptional food, liquor, and wine knowledge based on changing menus and instruct new trainees Corporate Trainer – New Stores o Selected to travel to new restaurant openings in various cities to lead training boot camps for new service staff o Work directly with COO and Director of Service to coordinate multi-week training materials and experiences o Organize and lead group training sessions for up to 50 employees in both a classroom and restaurant setting Lead Server o Perform expected duties while evaluating performance of new and experienced employees and provide feedback o Motivate service staff to utilize teamwork to coordinate guests’ entire dining experience o Consistently utilize strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with guests and employees
