Over the course of my almost 20 year professional career, I have been blessed to work for top companies with meaningful missions and cultures that align with my own values. This has also provided me the privilege of working with some of the most talented colleagues and leaders. While I have been fortunate to have a progressive career primarily in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, I have also branched into Talent Brand Marketing, Career Development and Mobility as well as Content and Communications. Through my career, I have found that I thrive when I am directly helping others in some capacity - whether coaching and developing my team as a people leader or guiding and supporting candidates and employees seeking movement on their career journey. My cup is full and my passion is brought to life when I am connecting with others - listening to them and helping to tell their story through communication (and content) or listening to them to know how I can best support them or guide them to success. I shine when others shine first! I am intent on investing my energy and talents on advocating for others while enabling and empowering them to find their own passion and purpose.
