Eco-communicator passionate about combatting the hyperseparation of humanity from nature. I am a strong advocate for environmental justice and co-creating methods of mitigating the climate crisis with modern science and Indigenous Local Knowledge. I believe in the power of education both in formal and informal spaces, and utilizing social media strategies to make education even more accessible.
- Lead enrollment in technical skill certifications for school energy and water audits - Support student certification implementation (in-person and virtually) - Recruit, train, and support high school interns - Support in-class and field-based activities through direct student education - Attending events that include community activities, science fairs, conferences, workshops, lab days, educator orientation trainings, and educator/partner-requested events - Curriculum design and support - Support engagement via TEC’s platforms (social media communication and newsletter creation)

- Connecting with Southern California community members at Aquarium of the Pacific to bridge the gap between humanity and nature - Answer questions that guests ask about marine ecosystems and ocean conservation - Encourage guests to integrate these sustainable actions into their daily live
