Researched the effects of social presence on gait stability, variability, and smoothness using a lower back inertial measurement unit (IMU). Developed a Python script for preprocessing data and visualizing IMU data through feature extraction.
Worked with a population of 28 children between the ages of 4 and 18 in the Paediatric Onset of Neuromotor Impairments (PONI) Lab. Research focussed on assessing the validity of a new markerless motion capture system by comparing clothing conditions. Developed a MATLAB code that used data from Visual3D to calculate the root mean square deviations and other descriptive statistics.
I assisted customers in creating and identifying their unique, personalized styles through positive and exceptional customer service. My responsibilities included maintaining and optimizing the store presentation to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
