• Ensuring delivery of multiple trans-regional laundry and refrigeration projects between NAR, ASIA (Hefei, China) & Europe through creation, tracking and managing of various project aspects including capital budget, expense budget, schedule, Master Parts List (BOM), purchase orders & component tracking with suppliers, factories and engineering teams. • Particular focus on facilitation between Chinese, European, Brazilian, Indian and US teams in complex organizational structure and issue resolution support for Project Leader. • Data maintenance and analysis in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets. • Additional responsibility to lead multi-regional engineering team for literature & product label creation.
• Responsible for the identification of local Chinese suppliers as well as general negotiations and contract closure on behalf of European clients. • Project manager for turn-key office solutions in China during founding of WFOE. Projects range from location scouting over full remodeling to complete furnishing and set up of communication infrastructure.
• Supporting cross-regional development project (Germany, India & China). • Additional assignment as prototype sourcing coordinator • Responsible for implementation of Whirlpool Quality Standard (WPQS) tracking system.
• Team member in International Procurement Office for electronic components. • Responsible for supplier research, audit, development and management.
