As a Registered Behavior Technician, I provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients, primarily children with autism and other developmental delays, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. My responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and recording data on targeted behaviors, assisting with behavior reduction strategies, and teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques. I maintain professional, compassionate interactions with clients and their families while ensuring consistency and integrity in service delivery. In addition to my clinical role, I manage the company’s social media presence and website design. This includes creating and scheduling content to promote our services, share educational resources, and engage with our community. I design graphics, write captions, and monitor analytics to improve outreach. I also update and maintain the company website to ensure accurate, user-friendly, and visually appealing content that reflects our mission and services. This dual role allows me to support both the therapeutic and marketing goals of the organization, combining creativity with clinical expertise.
As a nanny for a family of four children, I provided after-school care in a structured, nurturing home environment. My duties included supervising homework, preparing snacks and light meals, organizing age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere.
