Responsible for remediation/enrichment and teacher development in all things math! -Provide observational and lesson plan feedback to team of educators on CCSS-aligned math lessons, grades K-2 -Individual coaching of teachers on ways to improve instructional content/delivery of lessons with specific, individualized professional goals -Coordinator of morning math enrichment/remediation program -Develop and lead professional development opportunities related to deep understanding of problem solving, inquiry-based learning models, and guided math -Teach grades K-4 in small and large groups, co-teaching, and push in support to classroom teachers with a focus on differentiation -Original resource bank created for classroom teacher use as well as use in small group instruction including numerous math games and projects designed for exploratory math discovery -Develop original testing items aligned to common core in all grade levels for in-school administration of math assessment -Facilitate planning days to create scope and sequence of common-core aligned, grade-level appropriate math pacing -Extensively involved in common-core aligned test preparation in grades 3-5, teaching before, after and weekend school
