While working for Cardinal Health in the nuclear medicine industry I have held several position both inside the pharmacy and out along side our sales reps. I have enjoyed the opportunity to learn and grow both personally and professionally with such a great company.
10/2016- Present Regional Operational Excellence Lean Leader • To promote and create a lean culture with in my region • Working with managers to encourage and empower employees • Training lean contacts at each facility to help lead the lean initiative with in their location • Complete annual Lean Assessments with in region to identify improvement opportunities • Working with managers to identify and train employees interested in Lean Leader and Kaizen Leader positions. • Communicate with Regional Manager and Black Belt Champion on current progress and identify facilities/ areas that require extra help or additional coaching • Introduce Lean concepts to front line employees through white belt and yellow belt training where appropriate • Develop on boarding process for new employees to introduce EHS and white belt training through computer based learning and hands on methods. RSO duties: *Train new employees *Continue training for current employees * perform monthly internal audits * stay up to date on all company, NRC, state, and BOP rules and regulation * effectively communicate any changes to regulation to staff and customers(when appropriate) * use professional judgement for when and what to communicate with both staff an customers * train customers on new regulation when needed. * use professional judgment, knowledge of the business, and past experience to make decision effecting both short and long term business needs. CUSTOMER CARE duties: * accompany sales reps on site visits to customers facility * plan and execute PR/ CE events * promote and provide new company services to customers * promote company products and provide company supplied literature to customers for both patient and physician use * answer questions from customers relating to products, services, and operations * effectively act as liaison between the customer and the pharmacy staff * quickly and effectively resolve customer issues
