Activating the new operational model of Nike’s Global Footwear Manufacturing at Nike, my role is pivotal in enhancing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence throughout our extensive global supplier network. I spearhead innovative strategies for digital supply chain optimization and play a key role in the meticulous planning of our annual Supplier Summit, ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization across the board
Asia-based research for Nike's Supply Chain Innovation Lab, a specialized internal strategy consultant group. Our mission was to craft and develop comprehensive business cases aimed at evolving Nike's supply chain strategy. My focus was on refining manufacturing processes, pushing forward digitization initiatives, and enhancing supplier engagement to drive business growth and support our ambitious targets.
I spearheaded the establishment of the Asia branch for Nike's Global Sourcing & Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and upholding high standards. I was at the forefront of developing and executing strategic business plans, meticulously aligned with Nike's Digital Supply Chain Strategy. Furthermore, I directed an agile product management initiative for a new global Supplier Purchase Order Management collaboration platform. This involved creating a long-term vision and roadmap aimed at advancing supplier order management processes.
