Coordinated briefing meetings with stakeholders, and maintained strong relationships throughout each project. Oversaw logistics including scheduling, facilitator coordination, safeguarding considerations, and the smooth day-to-day running of workshop activities. Produced detailed project logs and evaluation reports to monitor progress, assess impact, and support continuous programme improvement.
