Review systems documentation for accuracy and usability, and participate in test planning efforts. Interface with clients and developers to understand front-end and back-end system requirements and constraints. Conduct test planning efforts to include scope of test, level of effort, and verification of requirements coverage. Write test documentation, draft accurate and useable test cases. Execute both front and back- end testing (using Quality Center), write and submit Test Problem Reports (using Merant Tracker), and coordinate with project teams on defect resolution.
