💚 True people person here, hello! As the Head of People, I have the privilege of working with diverse teams and contributing to their success through effective People strategy. My passion in my work are the people - I get the kicks when I'm able to help and support our team the best way possible. Throughout my +7 years of experience in HR, I have consistently tried to create positive work environments where employees feel valued, engaged, and motivated to contribute their best. I believe that when individuals are supported and inspired, they can achieve great results. I believe in the power of collaboration and effective communication. By fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being, I strive to create an atmosphere where individuals can thrive and organizations can achieve their goals. In addition to my professional experience, I am a continuous learner and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR.       Foodello-Fiksuruoka.fi is a fast-growing technology and e-commerce company that reduces food waste by selling surplus groceries through an online store with high discounts. As Head of People I’m in charge of our People function as a whole. I plan and execute our People strategy together with our Leadership team and team leads. My most important task is to support our team in all People related matters - whatever it is about recruiting, learning needs, employee experience, wellbeing or our ways of working. My role is very wide and I enjoy it.
