Foodello-Fiksuruoka.fi is a fast-growing technology and e-commerce company that reduces food waste by selling surplus groceries through an online store with high discounts. As Head of People I’m in charge of our People function as a whole. I plan and execute our People strategy together with our Leadership team and team leads. My most important task is to support our team in all People related matters - whatever it is about recruiting, learning needs, employee experience, wellbeing or our ways of working. My role is very wide and I enjoy it.
As HR Manager my responsibility was to execute the People strategy in our company together with our CHRO. Themes and things I have had the chance to work with on a daily basis: recruiting and candidate experience, employer branding, onboarding, well-being, training, organisation culture, process development, payroll, People policies and employee experience. I also had the chance to be in charge of the implementation of our very first HRIS, Personio. Role as the Occupational Health and Safety Manager starting from April 2022 onwards.

Jungle Juice Bar is a Finnish company, serving customers freshly made smoothies and juices around the country. During my time in the company, it grew from 5 bars to 50, and staff from 30 to 300+ people. I also had the chance to support opening new bars in Spain and Sweden. The time with the company gave me superpowers for stress handling and many learnings along the way. I was also supported finding my own career path within HR, which I'm still super happy and humble about.
