Jessica Lang is an embodied wellness practitioner, educator, and ceremonial guide who supports individuals and communities in cultivating grounded presence, nervous system resilience, and meaningful connection to self, others, and the living world. Her work weaves together breath-based practices, energy medicine, ceremony, and creative expression to support healing, integration, and sustainable well-being. Drawing on many years of experience in public education, communications, yoga, and holistic wellness, Jessica offers spaces that are relational, accessible, and deeply respectful of where each person is in their own process. Jessica is a sanctioned teacher within the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition™: Cross-Cultural Shamanic Arts for Personal and Planetary Renewal, as sanctioned by don Oscar Miro-Quesada, and she carries forward the lineage and spirit of her late teacher Keith Wilson (“the Chocolate Shaman”) through her ongoing relationship with ceremonial cacao. Grounded in the Andean principle of Ayni—sacred reciprocity—her work emphasizes balance, listening, and right relationship. Her current offerings include one-to-one energy medicine sessions, a four-week private breath journey focused on embodied presence and nervous system regulation, ceremony and ritual work, workshops, and apprenticeship pathways. Jessica is especially interested in collaborating with community organizations, educational institutions, and wellness spaces to bring adaptable, body-centered practices into supportive group settings. Jessica holds a B.A. in English and Psychology and an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction from Boston College. Her training includes advanced shamanic energy medicine, yoga and breath education, Reiki, and plant medicine facilitation.
Jessica Lang supports individuals in returning to embodied wholeness through breath, earth-honoring practices, ceremony, and energy medicine. Her work weaves ritual, lineage-based wisdom, intuitive guidance, and contemplative practice to help people reconnect with themselves, the natural world, and the living web of life. She offers one-on-one sessions, ceremonial gatherings, workshops, and immersive experiences rooted in presence, reciprocity, and deep listening. Alongside her healing work, Jessica creates art, writes the "Gathering Nectar" Substack, and shares original music as contemplative invitations into stillness, reflection, and remembrance.
