- Guides candidates through the full onboarding cycle, including posting positions, interviewing, submitting offers, initiating and evaluating background checks, new hire orientation, i-9 verification, and integrating new hires into their respective departments. - Designs employee engagement events monthly - Hosts monthly DEI and focus group meetings with employees for feedback on improvements - Maintains employee files in an effective and up-to-date manner - Ensures compliance with State, Joint Commission, and Health Department regulations.
