Jessica is an LNG / natural gas and energy specialist based in Singapore. She has significant experience advising project sponsors, national and international oil and gas companies and financiers on major energy project development and operational matters, and complex M&A transactions across the oil and gas / LNG sectors in the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on Southeast Asia. She has extensive LNG industry experience, having advised on the development of a number of LNG regasification projects (including FSRUs) and LNG liquefaction projects across the region. Jessica's LNG marketing and procurement experience includes advising a range of clients (both sellers and buyers) on the terms of sale and purchase agreements for both long and short-term supply of LNG, including from projects in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and the United States, as well as from the global portfolios of major LNG market players. Jessica also spent 12 months seconded to INPEX Corporation, where she advised on project development matters related to the $34 billion Ichthys LNG Project.
