My main role is to provide support to the Accounts and Marketing Manager and to other colleagues as necessary. I process new leads as and when they come into the office, and I contact customers on a daily basis, to check that they have received their quotations. Duties include general administration, online marketing, social media relations and customer service. I take new leads and process them through to the correct departments, as well as entering them onto our specialised system AdminBase. I provide support to all colleagues and I am one of the first points of contact for customers, over the phone and in our showroom. I also provide support on Open Weekends to generate new business for the company.
