Hi, I am Jessica Goh, a second year International Trade and Business student studying at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. I am a conscientious and dedicated individual who takes pride in delivering quality work. I graduated from ITE with a Grade Point Average of 3.769 out of 4.0 and was awarded the Certificate of Merit. During my academic journey, I have actively participated in various school events and compeitions. This allows me to gain valuable experience outside of the classroom. Beyond academics, I enjoy spending time with my friends and familities and am always open to learning new skills and perspectives. Along the way, I have discovered a passion for creating vlogs and videos, which has since become a creative outlet and hobby. I also find joy in analyzing song lyrics as this helps me to unwind and view the world through different lenses. Professionally, I have completely a five-month internship at UOB where I developed strong communication and customer service skills. My roles involved managaing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions. I'm always eagle to meet new people, broaden my perspectives, and explore opportunities that allow me to grow both personally and professionally. My goal is to make the most of my time at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and build a solid foundation for a future in business.
