• Create and design concert posters, tickets, business cards, album artwork, press kits and merchandise images. • Primary customer service contact to venues, SMI signed artists, local bands, touring bands and various clientele. • Manage and coordinate events/concerts, including Hard Rock Cafe Seattle, Tulalip Resort Casino and MS Pub Crawl entertainment. • Coordinated staff for various SMI events; managed intern for social media maintenance and printing duties. • Manage and coordinate SMI signed artists at various levels of contracts, emails, phone calls, meetings and negotiations.
