- Head of the International Legal Division at Delta headquarters' Legal/IP Department. Member Prosecutor: Intellectual Property Task Force Under Department of Justice (DOJ) - Prosecutor in one of Taiwan’s largest Prosecutor Offices; conducted investigations on suspected intellectual property infringement activities by instructing police to collect relevant evidence; issued search warrant and directed seizure of counterfeits, including luxury products and sports equipment; coordinated with related civil intellectual property proceedings.
