•Trained 8 new team members on how to use the internal billing system effectively, resulting in increased work productivity and faster turn-around processing time of an insurance claim •Acted as the point person for 351 insurance companies, providing payer-specific knowledge to teammates and assisted in solving issues regarding the insurance company •Identified reoccurring problems in the billing system and proposed solutions to the engineering team through Github that would allow for increased efficiency in the future
