About

Currently a licensed nail technician, owner of Jess Nails in Memphis, TN. As an alumna of the University of Memphis, she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. After graduating, Jessica spent some time as a trainer and manager in various food companies. Later, she applied her customer service skills and started her role as an Account Manager for Games Workshop. She helped small businesses in a niche industry grow and profit, especially during a pandemic. During her time at Games Workshop, Jessica was awarded the 2018 Account Manager of the Year title as well as became the Games Workshop North American Communications Specialist. Jessica achieved the highest KPI’s this department has ever seen. She then started doing nails as a passion project which later turned into a part time job while still working a full time job. As of 2021, Jessica decided to apply her knowledge of building small businesses in addition to her many years of customer service to her own passion of doing nails full time. Her goal is to open her own nail salon suite in Memphis, TN and pursuing a career in her passion.
