๐Ÿ‘‹ Hi, I'm Jessica, an Italian professional originally from a small town near Florence. In 2017, I made the leap to Dublin to challenge myself and step into the world of international business. That journey took me to Amazon Ads in Barcelona, and now to Workato as a Sales Development Representative. ๐Ÿš€ At Workato, I help SaaS companies and enterprises across EMEA solve two of the biggest challenges in modern software: integrations that drain engineering teams, and AI agents that need to act safely across customer systems. ๐Ÿ”Œ Workato is the integration and AI orchestration platform behind names you'd recognise, Box, Atlassian, HP, Wrike, PandaDoc, Zellis and many more. Two motions: Embed (for SaaS companies shipping integrations as a product) and Direct (for enterprises automating their stack). ๐Ÿ’ก A lot of teams I speak with are wrestling with the same things: integrations eating into engineering capacity, or AI assistants that can answer questions but can't actually act across customer systems.
