Second year part-qualified Trainee Patent Attorney with the Biotechnology group at Hoffmann Eitle. Recently completed my PhD in Biochemistry at Imperial College London.
Undertook an 8 week lab internship in the lab of Dr Fumiko Esashi, at the Dunn School of Pathology, University of Oxford. Primarily utilising FRAP to analyse the regulation of the mobility of PALB2, a key protein in the DNA damage response.
Amgen Scholar at the LMU, undertaking a 9 week intensive lab placement in Prof Dr Korber's lab, doing genome-wide nucleosome occupancy studies in S cerevisiae. This programme also included workshops in scientific writing and poster presentation skills, culminating in the Amgen Scholars Symposium in Cambridge where I presented my poster and explained my work to the other Scholars and visiting researchers.
