About

For 15 years I've worked at the place where technology meets equity — at Deloitte shaping digital transformation strategy, at XPRIZE designing competitions for tech-for-good, and at Faethm by Pearson helping organizations navigate AI's impact on their workforce and their people. My focus: responsible AI that actually works for everyone. That means governance frameworks, workforce strategy, and policy that centers the communities — including artists and creators — most affected by rapid technological change. I'm particularly interested in the questions generative AI is raising for creative industries: who benefits, whose work is protected, and how we design the policies and safeguards to get those answers right.
