Australia
I started my sales career making cold calls to the US at 4 AM. After building traction, I spent two months in Texas helping set up Eftsure’s sales function, navigating an emerging market and defining our ICP and product-market fit during the MVP stage.Back in Australia, I transitioned into leadership, scaling the SDR team from 3 to 12 high-performers and generating over $2M in monthly pipeline across SMB, Mid-market and Enterprise.I’ve now joined the global team at Rippling, leading our sales growth across Southeast Asia and New Zealand. For me, sales is about execution, ownership, and growth. I lead with a no-excuses, high-accountability mindset, ensuring my team isn’t just hitting targets but setting new standards.Currently building sales teams at Rippling and always looking to connect with others who thrive in high-impact, high-growth environments.

Built and led a 12-person SDR team generating $2M+ in qualified pipeline per month across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. FY25 H1 - 132% FY25 H2 - 120% Drove 8 internal promotions (1 SDR→AE, 3 to Mid-Market, 4 to Senior/Enterprise), the highest promotion rate of any team company-wide. Rebuilt playbooks for onboarding, coaching, and performance frameworks to drive consistency and ramp speed.
One of four SDRs chosen to launch our US MVP, starting at 4 AM from Sydney. Worked with marketing to localise messaging, refine positioning, and build US-specific cadences from scratch. Built outbound playbooks tailored to the US market and rebuilt CRM workflows to support scale and handoff. Relocated to Dallas to set up the SDR function. Onboarded and trained the first 3 US SDRs, and laid the foundation for a repeatable outbound engine. Played a key role in early traction before transitioning back to the Australian team and stepping into leadership.
Team of Warriors is an organization supporting lone soldiers — young people serving in the military without family support locally. I spent about seven years building and leading the organization: recruiting volunteers, managing logistics, developing partnerships, and leading fundraising. I was responsible for daily operations, strategic planning, team training, and everything from high-level decisions to ground-level execution.
