Founded a communications agency to help clients have deeper engagements with customers and influencers. Provide bespoke content and communications services, including press relations, analyst relations, custom journalism, product marketing, executive communications, and social media.
Led the global corporate marketing function at the database company, including managing a staff of 50+ communications and marketing professionals. Oversaw press relations, analyst relations, brand, customer marketing, and global events.
Operated in a chief of staff capacity for the 5,000 person Amazon security organization, helping the CSO scale his organization scale to solve Amazon's security and privacy challenges. Managed the annual planning processes, directed internal and external communications, wrote and edited the organization's documents, and shadowed the CSO in meetings.
Led the 15 person AWS technology and product public relations team. Managed PR for the 200+ cloud services offered by AWS.
