Lexington Catering provide F&B services to a range of high profile businesses across London, including in-house restaurants, cafes, hospitality and fine dining. As the Transformation Manager I work across strategy, operations and marketing to conceive and deliver projects that drive positive growth and change through new concepts in food, technology and design. I oversee all refurbishments for new and existing sites, working closely with interior design and marketing teams, which involves an extremely creative eye and meticulous attention to detail. Additionally to this, I account manage our key partnerships with new and emerging businesses and social enterprises, and organise some of Lexington’s most important calendar events.
I spent four years growing Morty & Bob’s from a tiny market stall into a reputable restaurant with a strong brand and loyal customer following. It now successfully operates across two major sites: Coal Drops Yard and Westfield. As well as looking after the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, I was responsible for creating and delivering the entire brand and marketing strategy, from designing the logo and website to managing social channels and promotional events.
Project Leadfor a design and fabrication start-up specialising in installations, activation's and interiors for the hospitality industry. Responsible for end to end delivery of all projects, from initial design briefings with clients through to overseeing builds. Working closely with a small team of designers and fabricators I managed the successful delivery of two permanent bars, a pop up bar and a brand activation, ensuring every project was delivered on brief, on budget and on time.
Media Trust is an organisation that makes films and online content to promote the work of charities. I worked as an assistant producer on a number of films for charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Richmond Fellowship and MS UK. My role included filming, editing and setting up complex shoots. This required meticulous organisational skills, a creative eye and excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, crew and contributors.
