Software TCR Candidate in the Avionics Design Certification department.
I work in the Flight Management Systems department.
Electrical Circuits (twice), Principles of Electronic Instrumentation (twice) For circuits, I led a 50 minute discussion session once a week, held office hours for students to come and ask questions, and graded homework each week on a rotating schedule. For PEI, I led 2 lab sections for 1 hour and 50 minutes each, every week. I also held office hours for students to come and ask questions, and I graded written homework and labs.
I help students with homework and questions on concepts in different subjects, mainly circuits. I also lead circuits reviews before tests to ensure the students have the knowledge to do well on exams.
I worked on implementing noise reduction software in one of the HF radios at Rockwell Collins. At the end of the summer, my other team member and I presented our work to senior leadership via a powerpoint, and then a display board at the project fair.
I did many different jobs around the farm, including moving cattle, spraying cattle, fixing fence, tedding/raking hay, moving hay bales, and other miscellaneous tasks around the farm. During detasseling season, I led a crew of up to 12 workers to the fields and followed them through the rows to ensure they were doing the job efficiently and effectively. Over the winter, I worked in the warehouse bagging corn, stacking corn, rebagging corn, and other tasks. I also helped sort and count corn to be sent for growing over the winter, and I also created packets of corn that might be used to create future hybrids.
