With over seven years of experience in higher education and legal services administration, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments. My core competencies include data analysis and reporting, project management, policy development, and academic advising. As a Legal Services Administrator at Ropes & Gray LLP, I support the paralegal department with various operational and strategic tasks, such as preparing and distributing reports, overseeing the hiring cycle, maintaining trackers and databases, and collaborating with team leads. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and enhancing efficiency and productivity for the department and the firm. In my current role, I leverage my skills in Tableau, Excel, and Relativity to create and maintain regular reports relating to paralegal billable hours, and all hours worked. I also compile and analyze data and metrics for various department teams to ensure department goals are being met. Additionally, I manage the NDA intake process for the entire firm, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Furthermore, I contribute to the Program Paralegal hiring cycle, from screening resumes to conducting interviews to onboarding new hires. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of paralegals, attorneys, and administrators, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
