About

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Carl Rogers As a counsellor passionate about working with youths and young adults, I believe in meeting every client where they are - with empathy, compassion, and hope. I practise an integrative, client-centred approach, drawing from a range of modalities - such as PCT, Psychodynamic, EFT, CBT, ACT, CTRT, IFS - to meet each person’s unique emotional and developmental needs. Whether it’s navigating anxiety, depression, identity, grief, relationships, or inner conflict, I aim to hold space for deep healing, self-acceptance, and empowering lasting change. My work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, known, and supported in their journey - no matter how messy or uncertain it feels. I count it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they make sense of their stories and reclaim their voice. Always open to meaningful conversations around mental health, faith, healing and growth. Let’s connect!
