Prepare flavour/seasoning sample as requested for customer briefs, application need. Participate in evaluation of flavour in food product and provide flavour performance feedback. Assist in applying seasonings to food product when assigned Renew and evaluate savoury library collection. Act as the main point of contact to provide timely flavour sample. Pro-actively develop sensory skills and general flavour creative training from the Flavourist.
Daily post-operational hygiene check Assist in Food Safety Management System documentation and its verification activities. Coordinated with team members and carried out projects on safety which resulted in improved safety workflow and efficiency. Led a ‘pest-free’ project with a team, to deter incoming pests from the operating area which resulted in a boost of hygiene and workflow.
Prepare and execute major event activities. Volunteer to help the less fortunate. Plan programs/ activity such as Art & craft , organizing children day and Christmas day.
