* Managing stock flow and order from Ariba and STO system. *Creating Alacarte menu and design set menu for operation use *Conducting wine knowledge trainings for staffs for better upselling of beverages *Handling Guest complains as an assistant manager and creating incident reports for service recovery *Contacting facilities for defects using the Maximo system *Designing panel and creating keys for the POS machine using Shiji system
*Managing staff’s time schedules using the VR system. *Assisting on upcoming projects developments and the project paper works. *Delivering trainings to the restaurant staffs about the reservation taking and guest handling knowledge. *Making reservations for the guests and dealing with situations as an assistant manager. *Preparing the profit and loss chart of the outlet to propose monthly to the directors of the company.
•Translate in class dialogue and prepare scripts to help parties that have difficulties in understanding the lectures. • Coordination with special events and course, preparation in reservation booking, materials and follow-up. • Create reference letter and certificate documents after each learning courses. • Answered telephone calls and reply emails to field inquiries from clients and various other callers seeking information.
