Provided 1:1 support for secondary school SEN students (Year 7 - Year 13) inside and outside the classroom, addressing their specific learning needs and helping them engage with the curriculum. Worked with teachers and SEN coordinators to provide individualised support plans for pupils. Assisted in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials to meet the specific needs of SEN students. Tracked and report on the academic progress and personal development of SEN pupils. Fostered a positive, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere. Participated in the delivery of intervention programs, including a spelling and reading intervention with Year 7s, and a 'Preparation for GCSE' course with Year 9s.
