About

I'm a digital artist, writer, and educator/researcher with a focus on comics, narrative design, and animation. I create visual and narrative-driven content. As a Sessional Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, I help students develop their skills in manga and comics, integrating African perspectives into global media. I've contributed to the "Blood, Sweat, and Ink Compendium," supporting students in a studio-like environment through the third and 4th installments of the compendium. I enjoy multidisciplinary approaches to storytelling, particularly in narrative design. With a background in Digital Arts and a strong interest in animation, I see comics as a sister medium, both offering unique storytelling opportunities. My work is driven by a commitment to education and the creative potential of digital media and storytelling.
