-Knowledgeable on the process line -Knowledgeable on the criteria per customer -Conduct rootcause analysis on defect with unknown cause or wide-range cause -Provide weekly and monthly reports regarding the process yield
-Manage Electrolytic process wherein the goal is to maintain the targeted output and make the process smoothly running -Provide in-depth analysis on the problems of the line. -Make report in a DMAIC format or as preferred by the company. -Revise or review standard operating procedures, FMEA and OCAP
