Doubled the business and grew annual sales to almost $1 billion in 3 years, leading a supplier-facing team of 20. - Led Wayfair’s South East Asia Expansion. Built connections with hundreds of local distributors and manufacturers through collaborating with 20+ local e-commerce associations, sales representatives, and service providers. Established a new Vietnam supplier-facing team, onboarding 50 suppliers and driving $50M in annual sales in year 1.
- Responsible for Home Office, Bedroom, Mattress, Accent Furniture, Entertainment, Youth category development and related cross-border supply chain operations (incl. supply chain planning, international freight, customs house brokerage, drayage, CastleGate, small/large parcels delivery and reverse logistics in NA & EU).
- Responsible for Sportswear, Outdoors, Underwear, Luxury category development & “Manufacturing 2025” accounts. Managing a team of 10 BD & AM in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen. Totalling annual sales achievement RMB 1.5 Bn in 2021 (YoY growth 35%). - Responsible for digital solutions pre-sales in SF Technology Solutions. Managing a technology pre-sales team of 4. - Responsible for global product development of E-Commerce Logistics product. Developing global M&A roadmap, and launching “Design Thinking” framework & "Business Agility" in a broader global product community. - Responsible for global business development of Asia logistics hubs. Helping world No.1 golf brand set up its Greater China Area Hub in Qianhaiwan Free Trade Port, local non-bonded DCs plus Inbound and Outbound Freight; Leading the regional pursuit of a Swiss-based underwear brand. Converting its in-house operations in Thailand to a 3PL model; Supporting new market launches for several MNC cosmetic brands by providing logistics services for their brick and mortar (e.g. popup store and regular store replenishment) and e-commerce (i.e. domestic and cross-border). etc. - Responsible for product development of cross-border e-commerce, electronics sector, India market and China BLP/FTP/FTZ.
