Consistently achieved “Exceptional” CPARS ratings through differentiated delivery software license costs, and reducing recurring annual hosting costs by ~$1M. Led and executed multiple cloud migrations: o Migrated dynamic websites from VMWare and RHEV to EC2 o Developed serverless Websites using S3, Amazon Lightsail, and Cloudfront o Used Elastic Beanstalk to rapidly migrate a .NET / SQL Server solution to AWS. o Developed a multi-cloud web application featuring a Microsoft Azure-hosted App Service and SQL database with a public S3 bucket to manage large file collections.

Finally, managed the Army’s Lean Six Sigma Project Support Help Desk and applied Continuous Process Improvement methodologies to create dramatic Service Level improvements that included reducing the average number of days per trouble ticket from 45.4 to 0.9, identifying common issues and providing documentation to train Tier 1 Help Desk personnel to improve Tier 1’s overall success rate. Introduced automated solutions to address common errors and increasing the percentage of tickets closed in less than 7 days from 19% to 89%.
